We are seeking entry level and experienced consulting and leadership staff to deliver superior value to our clients and to support our growing global management consulting business.

Consultant
Ideal candidates will have 2 to 4 years of experience in the electric power, water, and/or natural gas utilities industries, with a record of success. Relevant experience could include asset management, distribution operations improvement, regulatory strategy and analysis, performance management, financial management, customer service, shared services, or the business use of technology. We are seeking highly motivated, self-starting consultants. Masters Degree/MBA or equivalent preferred but not required. UMS Group Consultants participate in development of proposals, delivery of client projects most often in our client offices. Consultants travel extensively and often both domestically and internationally.
