Sales and Training Consultant

As from August 2019 we are looking for a Sales and Training Consultant based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands

Your mission

As a Krauthammer consultant, you have two main responsibilities: You are responsible for the acquisition of new clients and projects in training, coaching and change management as well as for the entire sales process from the first contact to contract negotiation and conclusion. Your other main responsibility is to work on the development and expansion of long‑term client relationships, carrying out training and coaching, leading workshops and project coordination for your international training/change assignments.

About you

• You are a consultative salesperson with a commercial track record
• You are passionate about strategic sales, people development, talent management and change processes
• You are familiar with working at management level
• You are a team player and experienced in international surroundings
• Attention to detail and quality forms the bedrock of your client service
• You have a Master degree in a relevant direction (such as: Business Economics, Work and Occupational Psychology, Sociology, Communication and HR)
• You are fluent, spoken and written, in both English and Dutch.
