Kearney is a leading global strategy consultancy with a team of forward-thinking and collaborative experts, who deliver immediate, meaningful results and a long-term transformational advantage to our clients. Kearney is active in more than 40 countries and has been the trusted advisor to the world's foremost organizations since 1926.

The Analytics team looks back on over a decade of heritage with 20% + average annual growth rate. As such, we have been pioneers in the consulting industry. Kearney’s leadership is committed to accelerate our growth in this area to “supercharge” all offerings with state-of-the-art analytics, as indicated by our recent acquisition of Cervello: a leading business analytics and data strategy consultancy. This growth ambition holds particularly true in the Benelux, where we are actively developing a regional Analytics team as part of the larger Analytics network.

Selected case examples

Category management for Ecommerce: for a leading player in the international E-commerce landscape we developed analytical category dashboards linking real-time competitor pricing & assortment data, internal supplier conditions and customer behavior. The dashboards supported our client in strategic & tactical decision making and facilitated scenario analysis.

Consumer behavior anticipation in Banking: developed costumer behavior forecasting models for a large international banking group. The models combined both structured and unstructured data and used various machine learning & NLP algorithms to anticipate behavior and determine next best action(s).

Public transport optimization: optimized the logistical network, planning, timetables and service levels for a key public transportation player in a large European market. The analytically driven approach was combined with pilots to deliver immediate impact.
