Senior Business Consultant (Unit4 PSA)

We are looking for a Business Consultant Professional Services Automation (PSA). As a Business Consultant you implement the Unit4 PSA Suite solution at our customers globally. The Unit4 PSA Suite is a solution to help our customers manage their entire business: from the first client contact through to invoice and cash collection, built on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

What will you do

As a Business Consultant you will be responsible for the implementation of Unit4 PSA Suite at new customers and provide ad-hoc consultancy services for existing customers. You present and demonstrate the solution to customers and advice on our best practices and how they can support and improve their business.

In your job, you will be required to combine onsite delivery with remote delivery. Therefore, you are able to effectively manage a project and a customer in a virtual setting.  At the same time, you are flexible to travel globally to have face to face sessions with customers.

Who you are

You have Consulting experience and experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) software or other software solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You have a solid understanding of a Professional Services environment and are able to convince customers of best practices solutions.

As a Consultant, you have strong business analysis skills as well as business acumen and strong communication in English. You love interacting with people and help organizations work smarter and more efficient, enabling them to make the right decisions and capitalize on opportunities. You liaise with product managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements, or ideas to help them innovate. You always stay ahead, abreast of new functionality and maintain an up to date knowledge of statutory requirements within your area of expertise.
