Purpose of the role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for our Dutch market, you will be part of our Regional Talent Management team and serve as the gatekeeper of quality. You are a hunter – matching our brand with the best talent to enable our clients to achieve their goals. You know the applicant pipeline inside and out since it’s a critical driver to how you spend each hour of your precious day. You constantly nurture your pipeline of candidates and market those “game-changers” to Sales leaders and to your Talent Management counterparts.

Key responsibilities of the role

  • Insight into the demand ahead, provides you with the insights to build a pipeline of talent that will support that demand and enable RGP to achieve its future growth
  • Utilize your ace forecasting principles to lead the build-up of RGP talent by partnering effectively with Talent Acquisition Partners to drive near-term and long-term acquisition needs to ensure supply/demand alignment
  • Specialist in talent acquisition, constant student in your areas of focus – reading, learning, and staying apprised of what’s new as you master your craft
  • Provide phenomenal candidate experiences, driven by the knowledge that the candidate could be a future Consultant, or a future client
  • High level of enthusiasm and a keen sense of urgency 
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable communicating in writing
  • Continuously motivated and curious; volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked; comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to successfully reach goals

Desired experience and requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience at a recruiting & search agency  / RPO / professional services 
  • Experience using a broad range of sourcing techniques, including data mining, advertising, direct research, social media, etc
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or CRM’s and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrates as well as Accountability and Focus 
  • Exhibits a proactive approach to uncovering distinctive talent
  • Ability to present opportunities to candidates, with a level of expertise and credibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; direct and timely with feedback
  • Language skills Dutch and English
