→ We are seeking to add a Solution Consultant (based in Amsterdam) to our team to help shape our digital Source to Pay transformations. Our Solution Consultants translate a customer's business and technical requirements into a comprehensive solution, leveraging strong social skills and extensive business, technical, and industry knowledge. If you have experience with Source to Pay digital solutions and procurement, and you are interested in a client-facing role that spans from pre-sales to implementation, then you could be the next Sourcing Champion!
You will be immersed in different transformation projects across The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany as well as other countries in Europe and global. You will be expected to support and shape Source to Pay digital transformation projects. Our team of consultants work together on Source to Pay transformations to solve our client’s most critical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales client demonstrations of our Source to Pay solution Ivalua
- Acquire a top level of knowledge and skills specific to our Source to Pay software solution Ivalua. Achieve accreditation in the selected product suite by studying and passing the relevant software author examinations
- Implement our Source to Pay solution Ivalua to meet our clients detailed requirements
- Conduct customer-focused workshops for system design and requirements gathering, as well as business process mapping
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects objectives are delivered on time & within budget
- Produce comprehensive and professional documentation including systems design documentation, Process Maps and Workflows
- Carry out system testing, training and troubleshooting
- Learn and adhere to all Sourcing Champions project methodology and processes
- Stay updated on changes, new releases, and related products through formal training and self-directed learning
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times
What we expect:
Knowledge and experience:
- Master’s in Business Information Technology
- 3 years of work experience in Sourcing & Procurement, in industry and / or consultancy
- In depth experience with Source to Pay Solutions like Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer
- Enthusiast for technology and the ability to understand complex technological applications
- Knowledge procurement processes: SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), Source to Contract (RfX), Procure to Pay
- Your personality will make all the difference: good organizational skills, commitment, sense of challenges, autonomous work, and analytical thinking
- Passionate about commerce, driving transformational change in organizations
- Strong communicator with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, thrives in a dynamic and changing scale up environment.
- Experience in supporting proposal/pitch preparation and business development activities is a plus
- Respectful towards client cultures, paradigms, and perspectives
- Fluency in English & Dutch required (German is a plus)
