At Metyis, we're on an incredible journey, and we're looking for a passionate, hands-on HR Manager for NL to join our Global People Function and help lead our Amsterdam office into the future!
You’ll be part of a highly collaborative and innovative HR team that reports directly to our Global HR Leader, working closely with our CPO. As the HR Manager for the Netherlands, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing our Amsterdam office (with around 200 dynamic colleagues), and you’ll have the opportunity to expand your team as we continue to scale.

In your new role, you will:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with Dutch labor law requirements and acting as an internal consultant
- Develop, revise and implement HR policies and procedures in line with global policies
- Develop a deep understanding of the business objectives, challenges, and culture to effectively align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Develop, coordinate and recommend changes for the improvement of workflow in HR operations
- Coordinate and/or work in special and cross-functional project teams, and / or international HR Projects
- Manage a small team, providing leadership, guidance, and support in their daily HR operations and their professional development

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, master’s degree advantageous
- 5-7 years of professional-level experience in human resources, leadership experience in international organizations preferred
- Relevant knowledge of Dutch labour law
- Experience in or affinity for consulting and professional services fields is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, both mandatory.
- Excellent people, interpersonal and customer service skills – ability to create quality connections with diverse individuals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with complex issues in a confidential, professional, and sensitive manner, whilst aligning with all relevant stakeholders
- Flexible mindset, self-starter and comfortable with uncertainty
