We are looking for a senior Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer consultant to join our team and help us implement and optimize Adobe's cutting-edge solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical implementation expertise and recommendations on solution architecture on AEP, RT-CDP, and AJO;
- Designing, configuring, and deploying AEP and AJO solutions based on client requirements and best practices;
- Implement data ingestion from various sources using APIs, Experience Data Model (XDM), schemas, and mappers;
- Implement Journey Optimizer features such as journey orchestration, triggers, automations, actions, messages, and offers;
- Integrating AEP and AJO with other Adobe and third-party applications and data sources;
- Providing technical guidance, training, and support to clients and internal teams on AEP and AJO features and functionalities;
- Creating and managing journeys, campaigns, landing pages, assets, and reports in AJO;
- Evaluate new product features, conduct POC’s and help evaluate how they can be used to drive use cases;
- Mentor junior members of the team.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with implementing Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer;
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP and AJO;
- Extensive experience in Martech;
- Strong skills in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs;
- Strong knowledge of data management, customer profiles, decisioning, personalization, and journey orchestration;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
- Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer certifications are a plus.
