Next to our thriving Salesforce, Amelia and Pega teams within our “Customer Solutions” Practice, we are now expanding our endeavours into the ServiceNow domain. We are looking for you to build the business plan, grow a team and secure new clients.

Your role: description, responsibility and requirements

Role description

You’ll be shaping and leading the ServiceNow team focussing on ServiceNow’s customer oriented solutions. Define team needs, identify client opportunities and build the business case. Grow the capabilities within the team and mark your place within and outside Deloitte Digital. We have big trust in the success of ServiceNow and we need someone to deliver on that vision.


Based in the most sustainable and innovate office in the world “The Edge” in Amsterdam. Soon, we’ll also be opening our Digital Studio nearby the Olympic Stadium which will offer a truly unique atmosphere with plenty co-creation facilities in an informal setting. You’ll also work closely with and at clients throughout The Netherlands, Europe and beyond.


This is a permanent role. We encourage careful consideration of agile ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients.   • Build and deliver business plan for ServiceNow Team and work closely with the Deloitte Digital Leadership to shape the ambitions
  • Grow the ServiceNow team supported by Recruitment in line with the business plan
  • Manage the team and grow the internal capability
  • Leverage own and existing Deloitte client network supported by our Industry experts to secure new ServiceNow clients
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce, Pega and Amelia teams to bring the best solutions to our clients 


  • Master’s Degree in Business Management or IT
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in (IT) Consulting or Industry Management positions
  • Proven experience with CRM and strong preference for experience in the Service domain
  • Proven experience with building teams and doing business development, through bringing a strong network along with you
  • Proven experience with implementing CRM systems with a strong preference for ServiceNow experience
  • Political savviness comes highly appreciated
