WHO WE ARE
Anderson MacGyver is a Management Consulting firm that offers its clients individual, customised consulting services at the intersection of business and IT.
Although functionally advanced, our consultancy models still heavily rely on standard tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Therefore, we started our own digitalization journey two years ago and are looking to become a truly digitalized and data driven consultancy organization with potentially a lot of additional added value for our clients.
With our proof of concept ready, we are looking to scale up our digitalization efforts to support all our consultancy models and start building a digital client community around the models and concepts that we use a lot. Therefore, we are looking to strengthen the team with a full-time developer with a keen eye for visualization and an interest in the dynamics of management consultancy.
Key focus of the role will be on developing the front-end tools supporting our consultants in creating beautiful visualizations based on the data they entered, and in creating a platform where our clients interact with the models we create for them. You will be working with a small team of consultants that will focus on translating and standardizing our concepts to the common data model that is at the heart of our solution.
Our INOX platform focuses on supporting management decision making at our clients in the fields of technology and data. We do this by combining our metadata model of organizations, in a low code database platform, with state-of-the-art visualizations in an integrated SaaS tool.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop the front-end tools in our INOX suite to interact with the data
- Support our consultants in creating automated visualizations based on the data they entered
- Create and maintain JavaScript plug-ins for our visualization tools
- Develop our community platform where our clients interact with the models we create for them
- Work with our consultants and client users define to and finetune functionality
- Collaborate in developing and progressing the product roadmap
- Participate in our quarterly development weeks to digitalize our consultancy concepts
