Your job

The acceleration to new levels of digital performance requires technical talents to achieve truly new ways of cooperation, operating and serving our customers. As a Process Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of process mining solutions to internal and external (international) clients. Your tasks can vary from building data models, creating dashboards based on profound data analysis and supporting clients with implementing identified improvement initiatives (e.g. reducing re-work rates or advising how technology can solve process bottlenecks). You will be part of the rapidly growing community of technology specialists within Accenture Heerlen. Your background

We are looking for team members, who have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or other related study. As a Process Mining Analyst, you hold several of the characteristic below:

• Fluent in English (C2) or Dutch (C2) and/or German (C2) is a pré, and you have strong communication skills: having the ability to explain solutions in person and in writing;
• You have a critical mindset focused on continuous improvement – you enjoy challenging the status quo;
• You have a drive and passion to help clients improve their business processes, while having the ability to further professionalize offerings with regards to process mining;
• Experience with Celonis, UiPath, Signavio or another relevant process mining tool and/or knowledge of ERP business processes (e.g. SAP or Oracle) is a big plus;
• You are a fast learner; you watch trends in the process mining domain and are not afraid of applying new technologies and solutions.
