Nasdaq located in Rosmalen has a vacancy for a Technical Trainer

Manages the elicitation and management of requirements across the system development lifecycle. Provides guidance to new clients and existing customers in the preparation of the requirement documents to ensure that the characteristics of the functionality is well defined, clear and understood by customers as well as the internal organization.

Manages on going contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts.  

Serves as the primary point of contact with clients and ensures client satisfaction.

In your role, you will:

• Deliver BWise technical training courses to customers, partners and internal employees in the areas of reporting (based upon SAP Business Objects), portlet development, data feeds, API and XML forms.
• Train regional trainers to enable them to deliver BWise technical training courses.
• Develop course materials for new technical BWise topics.
• Maintain and improve existing BWise technical training materials.
• Deliver online expert sessions.
• Contribute as an expert to the virtual knowledge center.
• Maintain and improve the BWise technical training environment.

Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications

• Certified SAP Business Objects Enterprise report developer or sufficient experience with other Business Intelligence solutions to create reports.
• Experienced with using SQL.
• Experienced with using JAVA and XML.
• Eager to learn new technologies.
• A good understanding of the English language (written and verbal).
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal skills.
• Feeling comfortable standing in front of a group of trainees.

Additional information

• Travel is part of the job (about 25%).
• Part of the selection procedure will be the delivery of a training session.
