The work
As the Lead Data Science & Analytics of Accenture Song you drive impactful and innovative customer data & analytics solutions for our clients. By leveraging state of the art machine learning and statistical models to come up with data driven use-cases and marketing technology utilization. You will be driving and supporting the Data Science & Analytics team to be successful at our clients, by originating interesting projects, developing the next frontier in Data Science & Analytcs capabilities and taking a lead role on client work. Driving projects and offerings such as data monetization, marketing intelligence and data-orchestration to help senior customer stakeholders in marketing, sales and service teams to reach their ambitions.

- People As a Lead Data Science & Analytics you will be working with C-level executives, digital marketers, solution architects and data scientists to architect at the intersection between data science, analytics and MarTech. You mentor, motivate and coach a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers and you define and deliver the long term and short term vision of the data science & analytics practice.
- Processes You drive impactful and innovative solutions by leveraging state of the art machine learning and statistical models to come up with data driven concepts and implementation. You will be driving and supporting the team to be successful on an individual and commercial level. You ensure overall success of data science and analytical implementations, focusing on the client relationship, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health.
- Data & Technology You provide a tactical and strategic vision on data science to transform data to insights for business development, strategies or optimization approaches. You ideate & translate analytical frameworks, guidelines and standards into operational applications. Here's what you'll need
5+ years experience as a data scientist or analytics (lead) working on applying data science fundamentals to solve complex real world customer problems, preferably in consultancy or data driven agency. At least 2+ of these years in a leading and/or mentoring position.
Experience in multi-channel analytics in marketing, services of sales.
Experience (applied) and theoretical knowledge of a wide variety of machine learning and statistical methods. Strong coding skills in Phyton and SQL are a must have.
You're analytical, think logical and are patient.
Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and with the ability to interact with different levels of end users and technical resources.
You're based in the Netherlands.
Bonus points if you have
- You have management Consulting skills
- Experience with data orchestration platforms, such as Customer Data Platforms, solutions is a pré.
- You're able to work both independently and as a lead of a cross-functional team with strong sense of ownership
