As a Mid-Market Specialist, you will manage a book of medium-sized business, assisting in the optimization and scaling of digital advertising campaigns. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Prioritize goals of growing revenue and product adoptions

  • Retain book of clients + identify growth opportunities for existing / new ad accounts

  • Provide platform knowledge and recommendations around ad types, creative best practices, audience definition, bidding and overall strategic approach

  • Assist with product and tool support to improve client experience

  • Maintain quarterly sales quota

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops and Support teams

  • Develop and present advertising media plans for current and prospective clients

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing Sales / Account Management

  • German & English proficiency native/near-native

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with CRM software for office productivity

  • Experience with social media

  • Highly proficient level computer skills including Google Suite

Professional Skills

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation skills

  • Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience

  • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
