Your job

For our clients to succeed in adapting to the changing world, leaders need to lead in an entirely new way and corporate culture needs to change. Within our Talent & Organization practice, as a Leadership & Culture Consultant / Manager, you deliver value for our clients at all levels:

• You build the individual leadership mindsets and behavioral capabilities required to drive a human-centric organization transformation;

• You develop teams able to define and execute a human-centric organization vision and drive experimentation as an innovative way to change;

• You create organizational culture with higher employee engagement and retention, an uplift in innovation connected to the future vision, plus greater agility and customer relevance.

Your team

Your background

• Completed University Master’s degree; preferably in psychology, behavioral economics, behavioral sciences or similar.

• Proven experience in Leadership Development & Culture Change; e.g. in designing and delivering interventions to help senior leaders and teams to change behavior to become more purposeful, connected, and responsible.

• Passion for & knowledge of behavioural science and how to apply this.

• 5 – 8 years of work experience as leadership development & culture change advisor in the industry and / or consultancy.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; (must).

• Experience in leading (large project) teams.

• Experience in facilitation of workshops and leadership sessions.

• Track record as a human centered -, insight driven- and iterative problem-solver.

• You are a hard worker and able to work independently.

• You are a team player with a “can-do” mentality who can think outside the box.
