The Role
The Work & Rewards business consists of 3 practices: Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC). RDI helps companies build a competitive compensation plan by conducting annual global industry sector surveys. ECBA is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives. The WRC practice is dedicated to effectively design, deliver and execute employee reward strategies and programs that lead to a significant business value for our clients.
As a Senior Consultant Rewards, Data and Intelligence, you will be selling products which include remuneration data, compensation software, Global Data Agreements and will be partnering with clients to work on and sell broader rewards related projects. You will be working within the Multinational Team (Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and Switzerland), also partnering with your broader European colleagues. You will also contribute to the growth and profitability of the team, by managing existing client relationships, developing new relationships, working on compensation-based projects and collaborating with consultants in other teams.
The Requirements
- 7+ years work experience in a broad-based consulting house or in-house HR consultant role.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- A good understanding of compensation and benefits issues and the broader HR environment.
- Good organizational skills; planning and organizing work efficiently, handling multi projects and priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills – comfortable communicating with senior managers.
- Experience in data management (perhaps gained through the management of an HR system or pay review process) or experience through survey or compensation consulting and be numerate with good data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Will have a good working experience with MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
