Your Job
As Sourcing & Procurement consulting analyst, you will work directly with the client in a team of young and enthusiastic colleagues. You help leading (international) organizations to solve their most complex business problems, whilst continuously developing your market-relevant knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills. Within our Sourcing & Procurement consulting team, your role will be to help clients stay ahead as data driven, sustainable, digital organizations, by:
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary Accenture team as well as with the client
- Be up-to-date with technological developments in the market
- Proactively address issues and work independently on customer deliverables.
- Executing cost improvement programs, covering both direct and indirect spend
- Transforming sourcing teams and equipping them with the right structures, processes and technology
- Embedding sustainability, responsible sourcing and ESG related topics into client solutions
- Using Accenture’s renowned Zero Based Budgeting and Closed Loop Spend Management to ensure maximum cost savings as well as strong internal alignment with stakeholders

Your background :
- Academic Degree
- Excellent WO and VWO results
- Extra-curricular activities (e.g. board and/or international experience)
- Strong personality, presentation and communicative skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English- spoken and written
- Initial understanding of and willingness to broaden knowledge on:
- Procurement related technologies and digital procurement
- Procurement operating model and process design
- Latest trends and developments for sustainable procurement
