Head of Trade Credit

Do you know the insurance broking process and are you excited by how technology can support it? As we roll out our new Broking Platform across all of WTW over the next two years we’re looking for a self motivated, great communicator to join our central implementation team. With a customer facing role, you’ll be responsible for showcasing the Broking Platform to colleagues and leaders across all of WTW and co-ordinating the set up and implementation of it, tailored for our colleagues’ local business requirements.  
This is a great opportunity to be a front and centre part of one of WTW’s top global priorities. The position is aligned to our hybrid working style, predominantly based from home with some travel to the office for collaboration meetings when required.

The Role 

•    Lead workshops with business stakeholders to demonstrate and articulate how the Broking Platform technology supports WTW’s global broking and placing process.
•    Work with local stakeholders to capture and document which features, settings and local requirements are needed for a successful implementation.
•    Work with central platform delivery team to configure, test and implement the platform according to these requirements.
•    Work with training to tailor the training delivery to best suit the implementation.
•    Keep up to date with ongoing feature development changes and update and incorporate these changes into the implementation pack and demonstrations.
•    Manage multiple implementations concurrently.
•    Capture and gather any feedback from local teams to feed into the product delivery roadmap.
•    Support the local team post go live with embedding and being a point of contact for questions.

The Requirements

•    Broking Knowledge: You will need to know what brokers and client executives ‘do’ and be able to demonstrate how the Broking Platform supports this.
•    Articulate: You’ll need to be able to tailor both written and verbal communication and material to fit each implementation – what works well in one implementation may be completely different to another. 
•    Stakeholder & Change Management: You’ll be leading workshops and gathering feedback from a variety of people across multiple geographies and helping drive significant business change globally.  
•    Technology: You’ll need to be competent in demonstrating the Broking Platform and how the features fit together – there is also opportunity to get involved in some of the configuration elements of the platform although this is not a key requirement for the role.
•    Documentation: You’ll need to be able to record and document configuration requirements and make these clear for the central delivery team and the local business teams so clear written communication is a must.
•    Self motivated: We’re looking for you to drive change – if you spot an opportunity for improvement we want you to bring it to the table. 
•    Time management:  We’ll be working on more than one implementation at a time and you’ll need to be able to manage this successfully.
