Your job
As a Supply Chain & Operations Analytics (senior) manager working at Accenture you will work on a team with diverse clients and industries delivering analytics solutions for complex supply chain and operational issues, help clients turn their SC&O data into actionable insights that drive tangible outcomes, improve supply chain performance, and help clients lead the market. Your responsibilities include:
- Co-create with clients to shape and sell project work with focus on supply chain and operation functions; architect how to use Applied Intelligence capabilities to drive supply chain transformations.
- Help our clients optimize their existing supply chain processes by assessing the current state, identify data-driven optimisation points and recommend transformation solutions.
- Use data-driven methods to advice clients on topics such as Sales & Operations Planning, Network Optimisation, Procurement, Logistics.
- Lead end-to-end strategy to implementation of supply chain digital and analytics capabilities, including but not limited to SAP, S4/IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9, etc.
- Shape the Data & AI strategy and operating model with our clients, defining how to set up a data-driven supply chain and operations management.
- Lead and manage teams to deliver transformative and innovative client projects on-time and on-budget
- Advise and shape the technical architecture our clients need to get the most value out of their supply chain and operations capabilities.
- Be a thought leader on how to drive analytics & AI in the supply chain and operations domain.
- Manage client relationships to foster trust, deliver value and build the Accenture brand
Your team

Your background
- A Bachelor and Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, economics, econometrics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics)
- 7+ years’ experience in applying data & analytics to achieve business goals in large organizations
- 3+ years’ experience in applying data & analytics within the supply chain functions
- 5+ years working in a consulting capacity, or project management type roles helping clients make their companies work better. Experience must include significant business, practice, and people development. Experience in a sales capacity is key.
- Knowledge of core Supply Chain business capabilities
- Supply chain technology and digital disruptor awareness, including but not limited to SAP, S4/IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, intelligent automation, Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain and analytics, etc.; other specific systems / applications relevant from previous experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in one or more of the following areas (or comparable):
- Business Translator (identifying business problem, initiative, analytics intervention, data scientist management, data science interpretation, storytelling)
- Analytics led Performance models (spanning multi-functions with direct/ indirect causality, used to inform strategic and operational planning and decision making)
- Data & Analytics Transformation (current state assessment, operating models, value case, roadmap, and blueprint)
- Analytics Architecture, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence practices (knowledge of how advancing digital tools and techniques are applied in enterprise data and analytics strategies and roadmaps)
