Your Job

As a Consultant in the Data Management & Governance domain, you will be working on projects revolving around data strategy, data governance, and data management, working closely with data science teams and analytics hubs to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how data & analytics can transform and improve their organizations, starting from the key business issues that they face.

Data Management & Governance consultants are part of the Applied Intelligence practice of Accenture Strategy & Consulting (S&C) and help clients solve their most complex challenges by using your strategic and data-centric mindset to deliver value by bridging the gap between business and IT.

In your day-to-day work, you will be:

• Leading digital transformation projects to make our clients data-driven enterprises
• Leading workshops on the key data challenges of our clients
• Building the data management and governance capabilities of clients working in different industries
• Delivering a data strategy for new products and services, while integrating technologies in the client’s IT landscape
• Setting up new organizational structures, defining roles and responsibilities of our clients’ data capabilities
• Partnering with our clients to find the best data solutions
• Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders

Your Background

• You have a master’s degree in Information Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration/Economics, or similar studies
• You are fluent in Dutch (B2) and English (C1)
• You have proven affinity with data
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have good communication skills
• You are motivated and willing to learn new skills to advance in your career
• You can translate business requirements into data solutions
• You have excellent stakeholder management skills
• You have 3-6 years of experience in the data management, data governance, and data strategy domain
