Your job

As a Lead Developer in Salesforce.com, you are specialized in at least one Salesforce Cloud (for example Sales or Service Cloud) which enables you to provide high-quality solutions to your team and the client. You are well informed about the technology of the Salesforce platform and will act as an expert in the field of configuration and customized solutions for the delivery of Salesforce projects for our enterprise customers.

• Defining technical solution documents and contributing to configuration specifications;

• The development, implementation and testing of Salesforce applications;
• Integrating Salesforce applications with other third-party solutions;
• Execution of technical analysis and designing technical specifications for Salesforce solutions;
• Supporting the team as a subject matter expert by providing solutions;
• Ensure post-production support.
  

Your team

Our colleagues in the services-based Technology group help clients, both big and small, by revolutionizing their strategic blueprints for IT transformations. Which cloud platform fits best with client X? How do certain IT-solutions impact the risk analysis of suppliers? How can organizations become more agile and through what process are new applications developed from design thinking workshops?

Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals, you will develop innovative solutions based on their roadmaps, through mediums such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Throughout the blueprint process you will engage in the development of defense strategies, combining technology and user behavior, to ensure the security of your client. Together we connect the needs of clients with upcoming innovative technologies to prepare them for the future.

Your background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 3 – 5 years experience
• Experience with the Salesforce core platform capabilities, like Salesforce and/or Service Cloud
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written is mandatory
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on the business value
