We are investing USD 3 billion into Cloud First over the next three years to help clients across all industries rapidly become Cloud First businesses and realize greater value at speed and scale.

Your Team

Cloud First Design is the tip of that spear and plays a crucial role in realizing the value cloud brings for our clients. We help clients navigate the complexity of using one or more cloud platforms and understand which platform is right for their specific business needs.

You will work closely with peers from Strategy & Consulting, Talent & Organization and Interactive to truly transform our client’s services or products, ways of workings and customer engagement and will directly realize value by connecting cloud investments with key business outcomes. As a trusted Cloud Advisor, you will orchestrate the best Accenture has to offer.

We combine this with thought leadership and rich experience with major cloud infrastructure platforms like Alibaba, AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI and ServiceNow. We help our clients understand just what works where and what really does not in their business environment, so they realize planned value.

We want to build a diverse team that combines the different skills and experiences required for successful cloud transformation. To do that, we need experienced T-shaped professionals - thought leaders in at least one domain relevant for cloud transformation. Everyone in the team should be able to have C-level conversations about cloud transformation beyond the CIO and/or the CTO and work side by side with our clients’ technology teams or partners as well.

Also, your network spans across our clients as well as our ecosystem partners so you can truly bring the best of Accenture to your clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Digital or related field.

  • Fluent in English and preferably proficient in Dutch.

  • Experience in planning, designing and leading large cloud transformation projects and programs, preferably with enterprise clients.

  • Proven Cloud Architecture certification track record or demonstrable experience across from AWS, Azure and/or GCP.

  • Result-oriented and eager to challenge themselves to learn and work with new innovative technologies on pioneering engagements.

  • Knowledge and experience within one or more of the following domains:

    • Business/Value case creation and Cost modelling

    • DevOps/Agile/SCRUM/SAFe and Continuous Everything

    • Observability

    • Security & Compliance by design mindset (Cloud Custodian, AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, etc.)

    • Identity & Access Management

    • Cloud Operating Models and SIAM

    • Connectivity

  • Experience with sustainability frameworks (e.g. GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, SDG indicators) is a nice to have.
