Consultant Transformation

As a Consultant Transformation you enable leading organisations in the industry to perform better. You will implement products, realise growth, increase, agility and ownership within teams and put the organisation in the lead of their own transformation. In cooperation with your IG&H colleagues, you are responsible for getting things done, continuous improvement and make sure that the organisation and its employees adopt the right mindsets, leadership and ways of working. The implementation of practical, lasting solutions plays a major role in your daily work.

What you bring:

• MSc degree
  
• 2+ years of (consulting) working experience
• Passion for change management
• Reasons and acts from a customer perspective
• Experienced in coaching and developing teams on agility
