As a consultant in PwC Advisory's Organisational Transformation team, you will be continuously challenged to contribute and work with our clients on change initiatives to prepare them for tomorrow in today's rapidly changing and digital world. We help them in the transformation by together creating an optimal organisation design in which processes run smoothly and responsibilities are clear. You make organisations more responsive to their environment, more focused on their clients and more digital. We do this from strategy through execution. If this suits you then you suit us!

The Organisational Transformation team focuses entirely on the commercial and industrial sectors. Our work is geared to three things: designing the organisation, the processes and the way of working and cooperating so that organisations can create more value. We are a diverse and ambitious team that goes the extra mile for the client, but we are also committed to each other. Your development is important to us: you will be assigned a coach to help you realise your ambitions and, together with starting and other consultants, you will follow training courses to develop yourself. There will also be a ‘buddy’ for you in our team to help you kick-start your career and build a network. We look forward to meeting you and working together!

What will your work involve?

As part of a PwC project team, you will work with our clients on challenging issues. We contribute to the PwC mission: building trust in society and contributing to solving important problems. As Organisational Transformation Consultant, you advise our clients on how to achieve more value by optimising their processes and organisation. Examples include combining two merged companies so that processes, roles and culture are integrated; adapting an organisational process to facilitate omni-channel client contact; redesigning roles and responsibilities when implementing new systems; designing a new organisational structure and governance in which people work together with more agility; or performing a benchmark to show clients how they compare with the market.

Who are you?

  • You have a Master's degree, preferably in business administration, organisation studies or economics;
  • Minimum one year experience in the workfield through internship(s) or past job(s)
  • You are curious by nature, critical and interested in developments in how organisations form, structure themselves and cooperate;
  • You are creative and solution-oriented and work together with your clients and colleagues to gain new insights;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills: you are a team player who is good at building relationships with both clients and colleagues and you have the ability to take others on board;
  • You wish to play an important role in helping our clients in facing today's challenges, such as transforming digital business models and accepting emerging technologies;
  • You are interested in new organisational models and new ways of working, such as agile, circles and flat organisations;
  • You have the ambition to work on projects both at home and abroad and can perform your work in both Dutch and English.

This is what we offer you
We believe in the power of an inclusive culture and we want everyone to feel free to be themselves. We offer access to a PwC global network, where you can exchange knowledge, ideas and questions with experienced professionals regarding risk and other disciplines. We also offer you:

  • numerous training sessions and courses that contribute to your personal and professional development;
  • an appropriate salary and extensive employment conditions, including a well-being budget. This is a personal annual budget of € 1.000 to spend on your health, for example on mindfulness, sport, lifestyle coaching, wellness, and noise-canceling headphones;
  • a fully equipped, ergonomic home office with a second monitor;
  • a monthly internet allowance;
  • a lease car/car allowance, laptop and iPhone;
  • 32 holiday days per year;
  • hybrid working at the client, at home and at the office;
  • the possibility, within standard working hours, of focusing on Corporate Responsibility, various networks, diversity, innovation and/or recruitment;
  • enjoyable informal activities, including drinks get-togethers, a Christmas party, and a skiing weekend.
