The Work and Rewards business in WTW supports companies to really make the most of their people.

Our team is organised into three practices – Work, Rewards and Career; Executive Compensation and Board Advisory; and Rewards Data Intelligence.
We work with thousands of clients, and have data covering millions of employees globally. Our advice is delivered to right up to the C-Suite. We interact daily with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, Reward Directors and Non-Executive Directors.

We will count on you to:
- Have a track record working within reward and talent management, either as a consultant or part of an internal reward team
- Be able to demonstrate the breadth of knowledge and experience of reward engagements with the technical skill set to meet our clients’ needs, appropriate for your role.
- Be a true player and great at building relationships at all levels internally and externally.
- Demonstrate effective communication and integration within client organisations and internal practices.
