The Work and Rewards business in WTW supports companies to really make the most of their people.

We will count on you to:

• Have a track record working within reward and talent management, either as a consultant or part of an internal reward team
• Be able to demonstrate the breadth of knowledge and experience of reward engagements with the technical skill set to meet our clients’ needs, appropriate for your role.
• Be a true player and great at building relationships at all levels internally and externally.
• Demonstrate effective communication and integration within client organisations and internal practices.
