Job description

 

As a Customer Service Analyst, your tasks and responsibility are:

  • Perform all kinds of administrative (financial) tasks;
  • Able to work target based on single and on team projects;
  • Ability to contribute on process improvements;
  • Ability to absorb client and system knowledge in a short time period;
  • Ability to create work instructions and documents;
  • Contribute on a positive atmosphere in a (client) team by your contribution, motivation and flexibility;
  • Perform and maintain a good communication with project lead and client.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum HBO level;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Financial Services sector;
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • Analytical and affinity with numbers;
  • Willingness to travel to different client locations;
  • Having a WFT certificate is an advantage;
  • Excellent writing and oral skills in both English and Dutch;
