Dit neem jij mee
  • A relevant HR or IT education on bachelor or master level.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experienced in working with a Cloud HR solution, with a strong preference for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Good command of the English language (word and writing) and preferably also of the Dutch language.
  • You are analytical, have tactical insight, fully immerse yourself to understand a topic and have a can-do mentality.
  • You know how to keep an overview, manage stakeholders’ expectations and how to organize your work in collaboration with your (in)direct colleagues.

Wat ga jij doen als
HR IT Specialist - SAP SuccessFactors?

You will be part of the Digital Experience & Analytics team of HR, which is responsible for functional application management of the KPMG HR-IT landscape, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Within the team, you are partly responsible for ensuring that all digital HR processes run smoothly. You will take the lead in improvement projects that affect various functional areas or where there is a complex integration issue. Through tactical insight you oversee the impact of changes and you know how to advise stakeholders about the right solutions.

You will also assist in the daily management of one or more functional operational areas: at one moment you are troubleshooting, at another moment you are in structured dialogue with end-users and investigate how processes can be optimized. In doing so, you fulfil a linking role to our external maintenance provider, who ensures that the requirements you have internally identified are implemented in our systems. You take care of the coordination, the overview of the content and that all activities are carried out according to agreements. Together with the other team members, you continuously monitor whether the provisioning of HR information can be further optimized and you take the initiative where there is room for improvement.
