What does the job entail?

Our team of consultants work both in the Financial and Commercial sector. In this role, you focus primarily on change management advice and large-scale transformation programs on projects within one of those sectors. Translating vision into a practical and people-oriented approach is always the challenge. A grasp of the questions we help our clients with:

  • Culture evolution is important to achieve the strategic objectives of an international bank but the Board is unsure how to make change stick. We help them analyze their current and desired culture, select the right interventions to make a change and create a long term roadmap to make it stick.

  • Diversity & Inclusion is top of mind of an organization in the commercial sector but they don’t know where to begin. We help them shape their vision, strategy and roll-out. The efforts are specifically aimed at creating a safe working environment for all.

  • An organization aims to implement S/4HANA Cloud and other applications to improve their ways of working. You work alongside the client’s team to create the vision for this change, create and implement specific behaviors (for leadership), and create training and communication to smoothen the transition.

As a Senior Associate People & Organization, you work closely together with our clients on challenging questions like the above. You, together with a project team, are responsible for (parts of) the execution. You can think of co-designing the change management plan, organizing and facilitating sessions and interviewing stakeholders. These can be assignments of a few months until a year, with potentially a varied intensity of our involvement.
