The opportunity

This newly created role will work closely with senior stakeholders in EY-P. You will have a primary domain focus and deliver against the full end-to-end knowledge management value chain including content, community and culture activities. You will directly support EY-P practitioners on business development and client engagement execution activities, along with connecting across the global team to elevate sector insights and support go-to-market opportunities with increased speed and impact.

Your key responsibilities

• Delivering knowledge management (KM) products & services for agreed priorities, with a primary focus on content quality, and building our organizational knowledge culture
• Responding effectively and efficiently to go-to-market requests including locating and curating relevant similar past engagements, coordinating with cross-functional Knowledge teams to locate relevant market studies, industry primers and other relevant material
• Facilitating EY-P engagement wrap up processes including data and document capture and curation using EY’s knowledge platforms and tools
• Contributing to the development of sector project credentials, vignettes, proposal writing, go-to-market decks, sector overviews, off-the-shelf or evergreen sector materials
• Designing and delivering community enablement strategies, including managing community platforms and events
• Activating the intellectual property of EY-P by leveraging existing communications efforts to ensure broader adoption and awareness across the industry ecosystem
• Collaborating effectively across Knowledge and with stakeholders
• Engaging in cross-domain programs and transformation projects that contribute to increased business impact and the evolution of knowledge management products and services
• Strongly supporting the consistent use of world-class methods and standards and coaching more junior colleagues
  

Skills and attributes for success

As a successful applicant, you will be an experienced KM (or similar) professional, who is:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with solid business and sector acumen to add value to our clients
• Able to cultivate strong working relationships across the firm and to support key decision makers at all levels of the organization
• Experienced in successfully building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
• Able to demonstrate KM experience and MS technology skillset
• Strong in Project Management skills
• Comfortable operating collaboratively and with a high degree of independence within the constraints of the products and services catalogue
• May require occasional travel, both domestic and international
  

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Professional service industry experience or professional services client-serving experience strongly preferred
• 8+ years relevant KM or business experience in a professional services environment (strategy consulting preferred), and able to demonstrate a robust understanding of knowledge management approaches and their application, and experience supporting proposal and other go-to-market endeavors.
• An intellectual curiosity to become the sector expert and entrepreneurial attitude to turn that expertise into a commercial asset for EY-P. Be able to articulate the value KM brings to the business and drive buy-in and sponsorship.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and one of the following – French, Italian, Spanish, German
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience supporting proposal and other go-to-market endeavors
• Experience in one of the industries (Automotive, Mobility, Energy, Health Sciences, Wellness, Government, Technology, Media, Telecoms, Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Wealth and Asset Mgt.)
• A bachelor’s degree in Business or discipline relevant to the sector and/or Master’s degree in Library and Information Science a plus.
