The ICT business within WTW focuses on supporting insurance clients and includes life, non-life and health business. We work together with our clients on M&A, financial reporting and reviews, reserve opinion, Solvency II and IFRS17 topics, capital modelling, automating actuarial and risk processes, using our technology for better products, pricing, claim handling and underwriting and more. 

The ICT business has a strong focus on developing and market-leading and future-proof technology solutions, such as ResQ, Igloo, Radar, RiskAgilityFM, RiskAgilityEC and Unify and on bringing innovations to our clients.

The Role
As a working student at ICT, you will operate as part of the Benelux team: 

  • Work with talented colleagues, local and international subject matter experts and clients; on a variety of projects
  • Learn from your colleagues 
  • Be thorough in understanding requirements, planning and delivery of an assignment 
  • Enjoy working with technology and modelling 

We aim for two days per week, with exact days flexible to also fit your study schedule. The role will be based out of Amstelveen, or alternatively Brussels.

The Requirements 

  • Student (Bachelor or Master) in Actuarial Science, Econometrics or (Applied) Mathematics
  • Affinity with modelling and quantitative problem solving
  • Interest in technology and innovation
  • Good communication skills 
  • Self-motivated and a team player 
  • Driven to deliver high-quality results to colleagues and clients
