Our Digital Identity team works closely together with other Deloitte teams to solve some of our clients toughest challenges. Together we support clients in a variety of mission led programs where we help them to imagine, build and operate their digital identities. Our work includes digital identity strategy definition, governance and process specification, platform design, technology selection as well as implementation and operation of their digital identity environment

Two examples to bring this to life: one of our clients is a municipality that wants to become a genuine SMART city. We help them to transform how they go about their digital identities of employees in phase 1 including their strategy, governance, processes and technology platform implementation. Another example is a multi-national client that wants to be the market leader in mobility-as-a-service. We help them to understand the implications of that business model for their digital transformation and the strategy, governance, process and design implications. Many more examples exist and we need a diverse group of colleagues that can help strategize, design, deliver and operate our clients Digital Identity governance, process and technology environments.

This is how

As a Junior Manager Digital Identity you are part of Deloitte’s Cyber Risk organization. You will be an instrumental contributor to our team to help our clients realize their purpose and execute their digital strategy in a responsible way. As part of the team you will support the pre-sales and post sales phase to help the client shape their requirements, respond to them through proposal writing and help deliver what we have agreed. In addition you will be important in helping the team grow and develop for ever increasing market impact. Specific areas of your contribution include:

  • understand client purpose and associated formal and informal requirements around digital identities;
  • help develop the client multi-level relationship and contribute to account planning;
  • help clients shape their requirements;
  • respond to client (formal) requests, for example through a response to a client Request for Proposal (RfP);
  • depending on your particular interest, talent and ambition help define client Digital Identity strategy, governance, process and/or (functional) technology design;
  • oversee (part of) our execution of an assignment on an operational level while maintaining the outstanding quality of work that is expected from Deloitte;
  • help shape and develop market propositions;
  • you know how much fun and important it is to continuously develop, in support of that you coach project and team members on professional skills.

What you offer

  • at least 8 years of relevant work experience in a commercial environment;
  • knowledge of or linked to Digital Identity which could be any of the following: strategy, governance, process, technology design, implementation/delivery or operation;
  • you like and promote that Digital Identity is not an isolated area and closely linked to subjects such as privacy, data, cloud and digital ethics;
  • good communication skills and a professional attitude, including the ability to develop relationships with clients as well as peers from diverse backgrounds;
  • intrinsic drive to personally develop and to help other people to develop as well;
  • professional level of written and spoken English. Writing and speaking Dutch at a professional level is a plus.
