Senior Consultant / Manager Technology Due Diligence


The opportunity

Due to increased traction in the market and deal flow we are now looking to expand our Transactions Dillengence team. You will be exclusively focused on supporting transactions, working primarily with Private Equity and large Multinationals clients executing.
You will support clients through the (financial) due diligence stages, providing detailed analysis and advice around the value drivers of growth, risk areas that may affect the success of a transaction, future maintainable (free) cash flows and the financial effects of any sensitivities of the deal by applying Data Science.

Your key responsibilities

The key responsibility is to know the clients’ business, the industry in which they operate, and how Analytics can help them solve the relevant business issues. The broad scope of responsibility is to have a solid understanding of both business and technology strategy, a principled approach to broad advanced analytics challenges and opportunities including strong leadership and people skills. Share the experience that will drive analytics and organization growth leveraging the following: 

  • Customer and Industry Insights: act as a thought leader with deep industry expertise related to our clients. Articulate and understand specific industry-related market trends, as well as customer threats, opportunities, and new analytics prospects.
  • Work with the clients to envision transformational opportunities and develop a robust business case to instigate analytics based decision-making. Act as the voice of the customer towards our teams (products, engineering, GDS …).
  • Sales/GTM Enablement: support on strategic big deals and expanding analytics portfolio with large, complex, and/or global clients that drive analytics project pipeline.
  • Scoping and Orchestration of Advanced Analytics capabilities: frame new opportunities through market trends. Provide end-to-end governance from analytics-based value discovery to value realization to accelerate value creation for our clients.


  • Minimum 3 (senior consultant) or 5 years (manager) relevant M&A experience or Technology
    experience in a large international company or (strategy) consulting/ professional services.
  • Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering and Business
  • Strong experience managing technology-enabled business change (industry unspecific)
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery, including the coordination of relevant resources,
  • Ability to conceptualize, launch and plan the delivery of advanced analytics-based projects, 
  • Innovator with strong storytelling abilities to inspire growth mindset for the teams and the clients, 
  • Passion for technology, business, market trends, and specifically the Clients 
  • Ability to design diverse offerings, by conceptualizing, planning, and leading implementation/adoption of advanced analytics techniques,
  • Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging Digital Solutions
  • Situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from a business and technology perspective
