This is what the job involves
As a Customer & Operations Associate - Financial Services, you’ll resolve key issues for our clients in the financial sector. You'll collaborate with colleagues from your own team, but also with colleagues from other PwC competencies (for example Strategy, Technology, UI/UX-design, Risk and Finance). It's precisely by working in multidisciplinary teams that we make the difference for our clients. With your team, you don’t only think about the solution to the problem but also play a major role in implementing it. The impact you and the team have is directly visible in the way customers of a financial institution are served and the way the employees of the institution do their work. As a Customer & Operations Associate, you are able to quickly structure and analyse market, client, and operational data and use your results to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. You also use low-code platforms to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Here are your main responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with their complex (digital) transformation from strategy to implementation;

  • Creating next-level customer experience and making it tech-enabled;

  • Making smart contributions to business optimalisation initiatives.

Does this describe you?
You' re a beginning professional with analytical and creative talent who is interested in a career as a consultant in the financial sector. Like your PwC colleagues, you are enthusiastic and eager to learn, and you combine a sharp intellect with good communication skills. And also:

  • You have a master's degree (from a research university), preferably in a financial, economic, or technical discipline;

  • You have strong analytical skills: you know how to get to the bottom of issues quickly, to identify opportunities and areas for improvement by means of data analysis, and to translate these into concrete solutions. 

  • You have an affinity with the financial sector and a wish to get to know it from the inside.
