Internship Project Member Fit@Work


Do you want to work on the execution and innovation of vitality and energy management of employees in a large consultancy firm? This is your chance!


Fit@Work

Fit@Work is an internal project of Accenture the Netherlands where employees get the opportunity to perform at their best and increase their vitality, both physically but especially mentally. Based on inspiration from top sport we are working on an energetic lifestyle for all employees.


As project member, you will be responsible for:

  • Internal marketing and communication around the Fit@Work project;
  • Coordination and logistics of the project;
  • Planning and organization of events, trainings and workshops;
  • Act as right-hand of the project manager.

We provide you the possibility to connect your own research to this topic and we will support you with existing knowledge and expertise available in our organization.


Place in the organization

Corporate Functions supports and manages our organization’s activities by providing shared corporate services, such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Legal, Procurement, Facilities & Services, and Marketing & Communications. This internship is part of Human Resources.

Qualifications

  • You are a HBO, University or Master student, in the final year of your study, preferably a specialization in the areas of: Marketing, Communication, Sport Management, Event Management, (Organizational) Psychology or Human Resources;
  • You have affinity with sport, HR and/or employee commitment and wellbeing;
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, verbal as well as written;
  • You can work independently and you are a hands-on kind of person;
  • You have a high level of motivation and drive;
  • You are eager to learn.
