You review the business needs and decide from which business unit the people should come from. In addition to this you make sure all new roles are correctly entered into the system. In order to do this properly you will have contact with consultants and Project Managers on a daily basis (email, telephone, Skype). If there are no available resources for a certain role you will support in the coordination and search for alternative solutions (subcontractors or people cross border for example). The Talent Specialists are responsible for the staffing of resources for a particular business unit. From this business unit they are looking for the right match between de demand from the projects and the supply from their resources pool. In this way Demand & Supply work together to achieve the best match between available resources and the required skills asked from the Project Managers.
