Within Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group, we develop and implement innovative Salesforce solutions at the client. While doing that, helping our clients in unlocking sustainable business value of the implemented Salesforce solution is very important - capturing people-dependent ROI. Our Salesforce change practice helps clients in bringing end-user adoption of the solution to the next level by designing, driving and coordinating innovative & sustainable change & adoption plans. Your Job Since Salesforce and implementation approaches are developing rapidly, we have an internship assignment in which you can create a proof of concept that can be presented to our customers by our consultants. You will be writing an advice on how to set the right focus for our Salesforce change practice in the Netherlands for the next 2 years in order to help our clients in unlocking business value of Salesforce. Your advice includes recommendations on influence factors and best practices for driving end-user adoption of Salesforce during agile/DevOps implementation projects.You will be gathering information by identifying & interviewing people, perform desk research etc. to get a good understanding of adoption processes within the CRM Domain, and reflect this in a report. It goes without saying that you will apply the latest theoretical insights and methodologies.The assignment can be discussed – dependent on what you think you can contribute to digital business transformation at Accenture. Keep in mind that the assignment should contribute to the development of the Salesforce change practice.

- Graduate Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration (pre: MSc Change Management), Business IT, Human Resource Management or related studies
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Self-starter and independent worker
- Proactive, eager to learn and able to solve complex issues
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on the business value of IT; the ability to communicate the value of IT and the business impact.
