‘nice-to-have’, it’s the minimum that your client expects from you.

This three-day programme by RSM Executive Education is for everyone working in a B2B environment. It will help you to understand the dynamics of B2B markets so you can enhance value for your customers and company. You will learn what demands such a customer-centric strategy makes on your function, role or team, and will learn to see things from a client’s perspective.

We will challenge the concept that within a B2B company the path to success is solely dependent on the product or service. Dr Marian Dingena, a customer management specialist and experienced business coach, will demonstrate why and how a customer-centric approach is necessary to optimise the results of your organisation, and how it is possible to create impact at every level. After the first module you will develop your own practical improvement plan that will be assessed during the second module by your teachers and peers.
