Principal Strategy Consultant Online

As a Harvest Principal Consultant you have the face value to talk to clients at C-level in the online industry, actively participating in discussion on strategy adjustments and monetization.

Combining your previously mastered rigor of strategy consulting with extensive insight in the online business, you can build winning strategies. If the current growth continues, you will manage a small team of consultants that help implement your ideas. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the success of the project and will report to the client’s senior management. Generating sales from existing and new clients is required by the end of the first year.

In venturing, you take up operational management of small online startups, bringing them in the shortest time possible to the level of mezzanine investors – or towards an exit.

Candidate profile
• 5-8 years working experience in strategy consulting and online business
• Entrepreneurial, with commercial mindset and high energy
• Strategist with a pragmatic approach
• Kick starter and a finisher
• Strong social- and project management skills

Remuneration
Remuneration will be based on a combination of guaranteed and variable income. Participation in Harvest or one or more ventures is expected after a trial period of 12 months.
