Our Communications, Content, Utilities & Energy (CCEU) industry team has been formed recently for the Benelux market and has ambitious growth plans. Initial focus will be on developing Telecom and Utilities related markets within the field of Business Transformation, Customer Management, Operational Excellence, Financial Transformation and Technology Integration. The team builds upon a well-established CCEU practice in Europe.
BearingPoint is currently looking for promising (Telecom) professionals that are interested in improving bottom line results for our customers in the Communications, Content, Energy & Utilities (CCEU) Industries. We do this by training and teaming up with our customers, analyzing improvement potential, developing improvement roadmaps and by active involvement in implementation phase. During implementation we make sure that the organization of our customers will realize the required results by coaching and challenging them and carrying over our own drive to improve. The result of our work is a realized improvement potential and a customer that is trained and has a drive to improve these results continuously in the years beyond our involvement.
What we are looking for
We are looking for (Senior) Consultants with the following qualifications:
- Master degree in business administration, economics or information sciences
- 2-5 years business consulting and/or client management experience
- In depth knowledge of business processes and industry developments of CCEU, especially Telecom related markets
- Strong conceptual skills combined with convincing execution power
- Willing to make a strong contribution to the development of a young and dynamic team
- Leadership potential, (project) management and presentation skills
- Ability to act on the shop floor as well as in board rooms
- Working in teams with both BearingPoint colleagues and customers
- Willing to be trained and to train others
- Ability to work both national and international assignments
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Above all: enthusiasm, strong drive, pragmatic and passion for implementing sustained improvement!
