Software as a Service professionals demonstrate skills and experience related to Software as a Service (SaaS) - software delivery model in which software and associated data are centrally hosted on the cloud. Salesforce.com professionals demonstrate skills in Salesforce.com which is the leader in CRM solutions for customer relationship management software and cloud computing.
Business Development Executive – Salesforce.com application platform, will be responsible for expanding Accenture Cloud First practice bookings and relationships via successful sales and marketing activities related to the firm’s CRM, collaboration, social, mobile and cloud computing solutions.
Cloud First markets its services via partner sales channels and in a direct-to-market manner, where the Business Development will be directly involved in identifying, pursuing and closing new sales opportunities. Specifically generating interest for our services, educating clients and prospects on our value and qualifying opportunities in a specific Industry.
A Combination of 10+ years of consulting, sales, marketing and business development experience.
Great sales skills – Understanding of the sales cycle and how to advance it in our world. Good communication skills and affable. Would “I” buy from this individual?;
Strong work ethic and track record of success. Does this person have fire in their belly and an altruistic attitude (genuinely want to help people)?;
Prior experience selling Services. The ability to sell intangibles. Ideally someone who has sold SFDC integration services in the past;
Selling CRM, experience calling on Sales, Marketing and Technology types. Executive presence. Is this person good on their feet?;
Industry Domain Expertise – Execute the consultative sales model and speak fluently as to the specific issues related to focus industries;
Deep knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry;
Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting (storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large scale computing environments, etc);
Executive level sales experience in consulting/professional services; demonstrable experience developing relationships and revenue from named and new accounts
Professional Skill Requirements;
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment;
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
Desire to work in an information systems environment;
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
Excellent leadership and management skills;
