You will become part of the Global Cloud First practice where you will work, on a project basis, in a multi-disciplinary team engaged in a wide range of Salesforce projects. As an experienced Senior Manager Salesforce.com , you are specialized in Salesforce.com which enables you to provide specialist expertise to clients. You are knowledgeable of the technology of Salesforce.com and will act as a Senior Manager and/or Program Manager in the successful delivery of Salesforce.com projects/programs at our clients. You have a good understanding of implementing Salesforce.com's capabilities, both from a functional and technical perspective.
You are able to work in teams and/or guide teams that will successfully deliver the Salesforce.com projects. Your team trusts and builds on your expertise and capabilities regarding the following areas:
Delivering Salesforce.com projects/progreams from start to finish on time and within budget;
Developing solutions that help clients become high-performance businesses;
Managing teams of highly qualified functional- and technical resources, both onshore as well as offshore.
Presenting and leading sessions and requirements workshops, based on Agile Delivery Process;
Defining relevant technical solutions in complex environments.
Within Accenture Technology Consulting we work together with a variety of industries: Products, Communication, Media, Entertainment & High Tech, Public Services & Health, Resources and Financial Services.
Experience in onsite functional or technical roles on at least five full-lifecycle SFDC implementations, with strong expertise in at least two of the following the areas/modules:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Apttus (CPQ)
10+ years consulting and/or CRM implementation experience.
Experience managing at least four large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions, including ownership of the technical solution, management of the overall team, and ownership and management of project financials.
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Experience carrying a business development quota for consulting work, ramping up pursuit teams and leading business development pursuits end-to-end.
Proactive and energetic with “can do” mentality.
