Combining your experience and expertise of integrations and separations with our Deloitte methodologies and knowledge, you work in teams covering all phases of the project, from acquisition to completion. You like the challenge to support clients with change, applying fact-based analyses to develop a strategic vision that translates into concrete integration or separation plans.
As (Senior) Consultant, you focus on the realisation of integration and separation projects to increase the efficiency and effectivity of the organisation of our clients.
Your profile: Analytical and structured
You would also be able to demonstrate the following conditions:
- 2 to 6 years relevant working experience in M&A in general or integrations and/or separations in specific, for example in consulting (as internal or external advisor);
- Strong analytical skills that allow you to communicate clearly on complex matters;
- Relevant University (Masters) degree, supplemented with extracurricular activities;
- Strong personality and team player;
- Full proficiency of the English language and preferably other relevant languages;
- Willingness to operate abroad and sensitive to political and cultural differences.

Our practice advises large international and national corporations in different sectors, varying from Financial Services, Manufacturing and Consumer Business to Health and Public.
Integration Services Our integration professionals apply their functional and professional expertise to help clients realise the transaction benefits, amongst others by establishing and eliminating redundancies and by enabling the client to reach the revenue targets. We distinguish ourselves by combining the development of integration and separation strategies with the actual realisation thereof, in close cooperation with our clients. The home base of our practice is Amsterdam, but you will often be working at the location of our clients throughout The Netherlands and abroad.
Separation Services Our separation professionals apply tools and frameworks to provide thorough planning, establish gap analyses and control cross-function dependencies to mitigate separation risks and minimise loss of value. They enable swift, value-creating transactions by creating thorough separation plans and by providing functional expertise where applicable.
