A key ICT HR role for an ICT professional with advanced implementation and management skills

Are you an analytical and collaborative ICT professional with knowledge of HR administration systems? Could you guide the successful implementation of myHR then manage and maintain its organizational structure for the Netherlands within the global structure? To further enhance this process, our HR Services department in Arnhem, the Netherlands, is currently implementing a new software program – myHR. This means we now have a vacancy for an

HR Data, OM and Knowledge Specialist

This is a highly involving role for someone with three to five years of relevant experience who can support global HRS projects and enhance the HR service provision. 

As well as the tasks outlined above, you are the key user in the delivery of routine and adhoc reporting, and the key NL contact for all upgrades and system software releases. You are also responsible for the HRSSC support systems and for filing change requests relating to HR processes and systems to the Global HR Services Director.

Other activities include project planning and cost center maintenance for the Netherlands. You are the recognized local expert relating to systems in use, and you collate, audit and maintain data in order to protect the integrity and quality of information recorded in the HR system(s). This includes identifying and mitigating risks to HR data. 

Further, you manage the gathering, analysis and presentation of KPIs and Case Management statistics. You also manage and design system dashboard reports, and as key user you manage and maintain the training of new users. You also manage all HR systems software releases, upgrades, resource application, documentation and testing. 

At all times you champion continuous improvement with a view to standardization and the removal of non-value added activities/processes.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree or higher in an ICT-related subject;
  • Knowledge of HR administration and organization management systems;
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills;
  • A real eye for detail;
  • Outstanding networking and problem solving skills;
  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
