We are looking for a motivated and self-starting Intern Office Management to join our Support Staff team for six months.
What we offer
SparkOptimus is committed to providing you with a challenging six-month internship experience, with a lot of responsibility and opportunities for initiative. You will work within the Support Staff team supporting them in their various roles – e.g., managing the partners’ schedules, receiving external clients, assisting in organizing office and networking events, and supporting the financial and people development managers with administrative tasks. Don’t worry about being bored – we will always find something interesting to keep you busy!
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and native Dutch speaking student currently enrolled in Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO – niveau 4) or Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in the field of Executive or Management Assistant, and/or Office Management. Besides that:
- You like to get your hands dirty, get things done, are flexible and can switch quickly between different tasks
- You are good at sizing your priorities and thrive under pressure and short deadlines
- You set high quality standards for yourself and the work you deliver, and have a natural eye for detail
