This requires you to provide inputs on high-level functional solutions to supply /architecture teams within the IM department.
At all times you leverage geographical proximity, ensuring that demand generated locally is properly captured and channeled through the right decision making process.
Further, you represent local/country and/or functional IM interests in Finance driven initiatives and align with local business/function representatives to gather requirements for proper definition of Business Service Levels.
