The HR Team of Altran Benelux serves management and employees of the company by finding the right talents and taking care of their development as well as their well-being. By doing this, HR helps the organization to become the one people chose to work for and keep working for. This results in achieving sustainable growth, profitability and excellent employability for our engineers/consultants.
The HR partner plays a critical role in this organization.
We are currently recruiting an HR Partner to support Altran Netherlands which counts about 150 employees.
The responsibilities of the HR Partner are focusing on the 3 following targets:
- Growth of the company through high level recruitment of engineers and consultants
- Employee loyalty and engagement development through the implementation of HR programs: career management, performance management, compensation and benefits and training and development.
- Development of continuous employee satisfaction measurement tools
In order to achieve these ambitious goals the HR Partner will be integrated in the Altran Benelux HR team, where he/she will benefit of the support of HR specialists (training, recruitment, payroll).
The HR Partner reports directly to the Benelux HR director and will work in close partnership with our operational teams in the Netherlands.
Profile : Your profile:
• Master's degree
• Between 3 - 7 years of experience in a HR position
• Ideally a first experience in an international consulting firm and or as a HR consultant
• Hands on and pragmatic
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Good level of leadership
• Knowledge of the Dutch social legislation
• Fluency in Dutch and English
