Stage Studio R – Marketing, Communications and Daily Operations

What is Studio R?
Accenture has very short term ambition to set up a Spin-Off called Studio R. Studio R will focus solely on new digital technology and a new concept by Accenture called the Digital Enterprise. At studio R a new, more agile and dynamic, working methodology will be employed opposed to the classic consulting way of working.
The digital enterprise has become hot topic as technology is rapidly changing the operating model of enterprise towards a cloud based combination of individual and shared capabilities. A digital enterprise is an organization that uses new technologies as a competitive advantage in its operations. The enabler for the Digital Enterprise is a cloud-based platform and includes key cloud technologies to enable many other technologies such as Robotics, Mobile, AR/VR and much more. With the digital enterprise, we support new business model underpinned by digital developments and how corporate functions will deliver value in the future. We have the ambition to create the market for Digital Enterprise Services & the New. With Studio R, Accenture aims to realize consolidated functional services and ensure compliance in a more cost-effective way by leveraging modern digital technology. The Digital Enterprise addresses Accenture client’s evolving needs and accelerates Accenture’s position in the Digital marketplace.
As an intern in the Marketing and Communications team you play an active role in determining the marketing and communication strategy for the new Accenture Digital Studio, Studio R. You are (partly) responsible for all online and offline content around the Studio R. Accenture offers you a fulltime internship for a minimum period of six months. In a team, consisting of interns and consultants, you work to set up a completely new Digital Studio within the Accenture and Mobgen organization. The jobs below are part of the Marketing, Communication and operations team of resources. Within the team there are five different job descriptions, which will be outlined below.
1. Content Manager
As a Content Manager you are responsible for the communication strategy and the coordination of all content written by and about the Studio R. You are the focal point of the development teams who will provide you with relevant content that can be published for marketing purposes. Furthermore, you are responsible for the content planning and you continuously think of possibilities to transfer content in the most effective ways towards the target group. On top of that, you draft a communication plan around all events and important goals.
2. Internal Communications Manager
As an Internal Communications Manager you are responsible for developing and elaborating the internal communications strategy: magnify the awareness around Studio R. In order to inform the whole team and employees of Accenture the Netherlands about all developments around Studio R, you create and design different communication channels. Next to that, you organize several internal events. You also make sure that all communication between team members runs smoothly and you think about new ways to generate publicity and engagement among employees of Accenture. Experience with Photoshop and/ or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
3. Studio R Reporter
As Reporter you are involved in creating inspirational, attractive and interesting content about Studio R that’s ready for publication. This means that you initiate and produce interviews, articles, blogs and videos on a weekly basis. Therefore, we are looking for a writing talent with energy, creativity and self-dependence. As a reporter you are responsible for generating content about internal Studio R developments, but you also get the opportunity to visit events, looking for relevant content that we can communicate through our different media channels, on our website and to our clients. Basic knowledge about SEO and content marketing is a plus.
4. Digital & Social Media Manager
As Digital & Social Media Manager you are responsible for the social media channels of the Innovation Awards (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn). Within this role you are responsible for the social media strategy, you monitor all channels on a daily basis, you are able to translate analytics into a new strategy and you are involved in expanding communities. Next to that, you are responsible for the website and app. As administrator of the Innovation Awards website you have the important responsibility to present the right information and to make sure that the website is up to date at all times. Around the biggest event we make use of an event app. You are responsible for the management of the process and planning, collecting the right content, the contact with the agency and you make sure that everyone sticks to the planning and budget. As Digital & Social Media Manager you will be advised and supervised by the Digital Marketing Lead of Accenture the Netherlands. Basic knowledge about Analytics, HTML and CMS is a plus.
5. Daily Operations Manager
As a Studio R daily operations intern you are expected to support in the daily operations of Studio R. you are responsible for all organizational tasks within Studio R and are supporting all other Studio R personnel to give them the tools to carry out their daily tasks.
Next to this you are responsible for the support of client visits and workshops at Studio R. As you are client facing you are expected to have great presentation and communication skills. Also we expect you to have excellent organizational skills and to be an advocate for operational excellence.

You are studying for a college or HBO degree;
You are stress resistant, flexible and persuasive;
You are a team player with excellent communicative skills;
You can work independent and have a hands-on mentality.
You are fluent in Dutch and English;
High level of motivation and drive;
Eagerness to learn;
