Management Consulting HR Internship – Extended Workforce and HR
In yesterday’s world, work was organized in hierarchies according to jobs and roles. In future, it will be characterized by dynamically configured teams of workers who may not be part of an organization’s permanent employee base; such as contractors, temporary staff, business partners and outsourcing providers. To compete in the marketplace, future organizations will need to push talent management practices beyond the confines of the enterprise wall to include this new extended workforce!
Are you passionate about the rise of the extended workforce and its impact on the HR organization? Are you ready to help rethink the application of talent management practices to the extended workforce of the future? Then this is the internship for you!
During this internship you will evaluate how talent management practices should and can be extended to include workers other than employees in order to best maximize their potential. You can build further on our research and help our HR clients in rethinking their talent management practices, for example:
Onboarding and collaboration;
Performance feedback, rewards, and incentives;
Advancement and Career development.
We encourage candidates to develop their own research questions in the area of the Digital Workforce, which meet both academic requirements and Accenture’s interests.
Accenture will help you by providing and the opportunity of being in contact with our clients for conducting interviews and collecting data.
Place in the organization
You will be part of the Next Generation Enterprise Services group within Resources Management Consulting. This group offers consulting services for the corporate functions (HR, IT, Finance and Procurement) of our Energy, Utilities and Chemicals & Natural Resources clients. You will join the HR team and will be working from our head office in Amsterdam.
Are you the perfect candidate?
You are a Master student, in the final year of your graduation from university, preferably a specialization in the areas of: Human Resources; Behavioral Sciences, (Organisation) Psychology;
You have affinity with new Technologies and Digital Solutions;
You are a team player with excellent communication skills;
You are fluent in Dutch and English;
You can work independently;
High level of motivation and drive;
Eagerness to learn;
Willing to go the extra mile
