On the 12th of june, Mercer organises the IPE Public Course.
IPE Public Courses aim to address the increasing need regarding transfer of IPE know-how and support. It also provides HR professionals and managers with the chance to explore new, more streamlined ways of job evaluation and related HR activities.
The courses are addressed to both managers and specialists interested in reward, talent management and organisational effectiveness.
The course facilitators will examine the IPE factors and process in detail, but also demonstrate how IPE links to key HR decisions in the areas of:
- reward management,
- career management and competencies and
- organisational design and effectiveness.

The costs for the IPE Public Course are € 500,- excluding VAT. A 5% discount is given per additional participant up to four participants from the same organisation. A maximum discount of 20% for four or more participants.
Mercer reserves the right to change or cancel any part of its published programme due to unforeseen circumstances and to determine the suitability of any registrant to attend the workshop. Payment must be received in full before the start of the workshop. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse admission to the workshop if proof of payment has not been received. An invoice will be sent upon receipt of a registration form. Cancellations must be sent in writing 48hrs prior to the event.
